This ring is 1.5mm thick solid sterling silver and has been textured with a sharp hammer. The deep groves catch the light and create a sparkly effect in sunlight.

Your ring will come in a Ben and Cocoa gift box with a polishing cloth to keep it in tip top condition.

All rings are hand made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks plus postage time for your ring to be made.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to notify us you wish to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must then be posted within a further 15 calendar days to be elegable for a refund or replacement

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Ear rings must be unworn.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is faulty, please contact us before shipping for a return label as we are not able to re-imburse other shipping costs.
